The series is being designed for people in business who:

  • are keen to use social media but are confused by all the various tools and platforms and theories, or
  • have heard enough to be interested but maybe haven’t yet learned enough to be confused.

It will be a de-mystifying exercise.

Untangling the maze, if you will.

As a non-technical but not totally unsavvy person, I have a great passion to share with people who are interested what I know about how social media can empower and lift small businesses. That’s the idea, the driving principle, behind the Social Media Roadmap series.
