Back in 2003 I developed the 3 Circle Success system as a simple but effective way to help business owners and executives deal with the complexity and speed of 21st century business – and life! The three intersecting circles, a basic Venn diagram, provided the conceptual framework for three organizing and coordinating principles of a balanced business and balanced life:

• Clarity
• Focus
• Momentum

Having only one or two of these principles in operation can provide the appearance of success, but having all three in operation and synchronized is crucial to achieving real and lasting success. Hence the value of seeing the circles as intersecting.

The static picture of the three circles provides part of the story. If you imagine them all in motion, harmoniously, you get a better idea. In other words, not just intersecting but inter-operating. Clients like the simplicity of it. And they learn how to use that very simplicity to map their way through the complexities they face and then to guide their actions in a structured and systematic way.

It’s not rocket science. But it works. And you don’t need me to make it work for you. Try it! Although for people new to this approach there can be a bit of a challenge – a bit of juggling. What I offer is the skill and experience to provide guidance and feedback, which helps you achieve results faster and in a more sustained and sustainable way.
