I made this video yesterday, chatting about Brian Solis’ book Engage! (the Complete Guide for Brands and Businesses to Build, Cultivate, and Measure Success in the New Web).
The video is by no means perfect – the lighting is poor, there is wind noise in the mike, etc etc. But the book is excellent – chock full of information and ideas about social media
I see the book Engage! as a must-have for anyone who has a professional or business interest in operating effectively in the new web environment. And as I say on the video, I am about to start reading it again.
