Using @garyvee as a way of judging the client&#039;s skillsset/understanding of social media/genuine passion about it. Especially important for those people to approach you with the sole intention of making $$$ and without any care for community etc.

I&#039;ll definitely use this idea.

		<description>Nice post.  Reminds me of what Prof. John Kotter says in his many books about change management.  First create the sense of urgency, and you can do that by bringing the outside in.  Perhaps the videos are a stimulus-rich way of sharing a success story others want to emulate...and you have hooked them.
