		<description>I had personal plus too... but NO INFO on that type of account anymore.    And I&#039;m not paying $30 per month for LinkedIn when I&#039;m not actively job-searching.   That&#039;s too much.

Nobody home, no email address, no phone number.   Not giving money to a company who does not talk to its members.</description>

Perhaps we should temper our presentations and endorsements about LinkedIn when we speak about them at workshops by saying that people should use it to support their business strategy and networking strategy, but not to expect too much in terms of customer service.

I&#039;ve just been interviewed for a major publication in Europe about networking and provide a series of tips about getting set up on LinkedIn ....mmmm perhaps I should link people back to your post when I mention it later this month on my blog as you provide some names of people people can contact if they have a problem!</description>
