		<description>Des, until MSM and business get that social networking with Twitter and Facebook (or whatever other web-based tool) is no different to your phone anecdote, or email, or drinks down at the officer&#039;s mess or broker-infested bar of a Friday afternoon, they will continue to run negative stories and be influenced by them in turn.

There are a small number of Australian companies that understand and a larger group of multinationals that do.  Look at the writing JP Rangaswami is doing on Twitter.  He&#039;s with BT.

I made the estimate recently during my OnThePod podcast that Australia was 3-5 years behind the US (I think that was the number). My opinion hasn&#039;t changed. Just watch all the positive stories we&#039;ll see in 2010!</description>
