		<description>I&#039;ve found that one of the hardest things about strategic planning is getting people to think outside the current people, processes, and technologies they are familiar with. The other thing I&#039;m finding is that thinking about &quot;social media strategy&quot; might be shortsighted, especially in those situations where the people you are trying to reach or engage with are part of the real world where &quot;social media&quot; form a subset of all relevant communication and relationship management strategies.</description>
