I think it does pose a major issue when no connection is available. I would like to see some sort of sync-ing tool or something that sort of works like Google's AdWords Editor. That is you can sync up and then get work done offline. Wouldn't it be nice if one "sync" tool could manage all of your applications? Anyway, there's also some other good small business tools worth mentioning here: https://www.wbsonline.com. Thanks for Ismael's list as well. Perhaps it was easier to get used to this one, than to any other tool, cause it lets you update information and get updates on your projects directly into your inbox. Using email is easy. When I started to use the tools on a regular basis it turned out that these tools changed my life! I can be in control of my business and share my personal life impressions everywhere!
